Crispy Vegetable Pancake With Italy Decana Pear - Mint Cucumber Sour Cream Sauce
Potato (Grated) ....90g
Purple Sweet potato (Grated) ....65g
Carrot (Grated) .... 70g
Flour....1.5Tbsp
Egg..... 1/2 pcs
Paprika .... 1/4 Tsp
Black Pepper .....1/4 Tsp
Decana Pear (shape in sphere) ...... 3 Pcs
Mushrooms (sliced) .... few
Salad Vegetable.....few
Method:
1. Put the sliced potato and sweet potato in to water for 20 minutes. Take out and dry them as much as you can.
2. Put the grated potato, sweet potato and carrot into a bowl. Mix well with flour, egg, paprika and black pepper.
3. Shape the veggie pancake in round shape.
4.Heat up a pan and oil. Pan fry the veggie pancake until coloring around on both sides.
5. Heat up another pan and oil. Sear the sliced mushroom and Decana pear sphere separately. Seasoning them with sea salt and black pepper.
Mint Cucumber Sour Cream Sauce
Cucumber .... 70g
Sour Cream ..... 2Tbsp
Fresh mint leaves .... A bunch
Sea Salt .... Few
Black Pepper ...... Few
Method
Blend all the ingredients together and store in the fridge. Take out 5 minutes before plating.
